Three Ways to Say "Thank You"

It's important to remind your aides that they are appreciated. Here are a couple ways to thank your CNAs for all that they do:

Collect "thank you" notes from family members and staff. Display them on a poster within your organization for everyone to see.
Plan an awards ceremony for your nurse aides.
Bring coffee and sweets to your next meeting... it may not seem like much, but the unexpected "extras" will brighten everyone's day.
